For over twenty-five years, I have been passionate about finding, unlocking and developing the potential in the staff with whom I work, enabling them to realise their teaching and leadership potential. I have successfully worked in schools in inner and outer London and the Home Counties at every level of school leadership, including two headships. As a consultant, I have delivered national and international coaching and training for teachers, parents and school leaders (pictured with the International School in Nicosia, Cyprus). The leadership development I have created includes relevant, user-friendly resources, providing bespoke, effective training and delivering proven, successful development programmes which guarantee positive change.

As I began my doctoral research to underpin my training and development work, I began to deliver CPD to schools and universities with fantastic feedback. My work has been presented at a number of research conferences around the country, published by a number of government agencies, universities and Ofsted. The proven track record of success led to active interest from the Department for Education and the Secondary Schools and Academies Trust to deliver it more widely.
