Dr Michael Harpham - Director
Michael is an experienced headteacher, school leader, teacher, consultant and coach.
He began his studies at the Royal Academy of Music, has two Master’s in Leadership & Management and is completing a Doctorate with the University of Greenwich, specialising in senior leadership team development. Thus, he is able to bring significant authority and ability to the training of school leaders.
With twenty-five years’ teaching experience, fourteen of those at senior leadership level in a broad range of inner and outer London secondary schools, he is also able to bring extensive educational and leadership experience to your school.
