Stronger Leaders, Stronger Teachers, Stronger Schools

Impact
"A great session on how to assess / measure progress, especially discussing and interpreting data together."
Student, Leicester University
Michael delivered ‘Outstanding music in primary schools’ training to my staff. He provided practical ideas and resources that were easily incorporated into classroom practice and that would have an immediate impact on Music teaching. His training was fun and engaging: all the staff agreed it was some of the best CPD they had had for some time.”
Callum Clay, Headteacher, Sleaford Church Lane Primary School
"Thank you for a really useful session - I'll use these techniques in my lessons tomorrow!"
Student, Kingston University
“The quality of the sessions and the level of investment and commitment in my staff have been particularly effective”
Susan Service, Headteacher, Arts and Media School, Islington
“It has been a good experience and I'm an improved leader for it”
Associate Assistant Headteacher, Stoke Newington School
“I am more reflective, more confident and ready to really move forward.”
Assistant Headteacher, Verulam School
"It was a pleasure to work with Michael Harpham as he carried out a review of Senior Leadership team effectiveness.
His approach was sympathetic yet challenging and he quickly understood the teams situation and challenges.
Importantly, his report was quickly produced, incisive and gave clear areas for improvement as well suggested ways forward.
As a Headteacher I felt that the approach was both supportive and challenging and enabled us to make clear improvements."
Paul Ramsey, Headmaster, Verulam School
“ Progress Plain Enjoyable! We had a really interesting and engaging session with Michael. His workshop was refreshing and thought-provoking. The staff got a lot out of it and were very positive in their feedback. A professional and highly effective session.”
Tracey-Anne Bond, Deputy Headteacher - The Deanes School
"It has been a pleasure working with Mike as he has carried out a number of successful workshops and a review of the Senior Leadership team effectiveness at Lea Manor High.
He has been responsive to the needs of the leaders and offered practical solutions and direction for them to improve.
In particular, a training session with all the school’s leaders helped everyone clarify the importance of their role and how strong they need to be, both emotionally and psychologically as a team."
Gwynneth Gibson, Headteacher, Lea Manor High School
