  • 8.7 out of 10: School Leader’s average rating for the effectiveness of the workshop training on their leadership.
  • 8.8 out of 10: Teacher’s average rating for the effectiveness of the workshop training on their teaching.
  • 9 out of 10: Headteachers’ average rating for the effectiveness of the training programmes in their school.
  • 100% of the participating senior leaders rated themselves as confident or very confident by the end of the Senior Leader Induction Course.
  • 75% of the participating senior leaders were rated by other staff as very confident compared to 12% at the start  at the end of the Leadership Lifelines Programme.
