Providing you with short courses which develop your technical and evaluation skills, it helps clarify and strengthen your ability to differentiate between assessment that helps drive learning and assessment of that learning.

Experience
My experience in this area is as an author and successful teacher and school leader for over 25 years, leading staff development and being a leadership coach in schools for over 15 of those.
